We have managed multiple commercial and industrial buildings across SEQ over the past 15 years. We understand tenant leases and building owner requirements to ensure we provide services that are tailored to suit the facility specifically. Our services operate 24/7 including personal attendance where required to avoid multiple contractors attending to resolve a single issue.

Tendering of Service Contracts

Each service requires a specific approach when it comes to tendering the service agreement. We can tailor every service agreement to the site, and tender to multiple contractors to ensure not only the best price, but the best outcome for the facility.

Project & Contract Management

We oversee projects that range from minor quoted repairs to full tenancy fitouts and specialise in working with contractors, leasing agents and tenants to ensure optimal results. When external project managers are engaged, we still get involved to ensure that the project that is delivered is in the best interest of the building long term, keeping in mind ongoing repair costs and overall operational matters.

Condition Reporting

Full tenancy and building inspections confirming the quantity of individual pieces of equipment, quality, expected life span and a full pictorial report.

Building Efficiency/NABERS

We specialise in bringing buildings to their most efficient state. In most cases, this is done without capital expenditure.
